If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, kk8 online reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account. Members whose accounts are closed for other reasons are entitled to claim their remaining balance once all verification requirements have been met and all audit processes are complete, typically within 14 business days.
